We are looking for an enthusiastic cleaner to keep our workspaces clean and tidy. This is a 4-hour-per-week position—an ideal part-time role for someone who enjoys practical work and has an eye for detail. In the future, there may be an opportunity to expand the hours and responsibilities to include cleaning our boats.

Boatcaptain is a full-service company with years of experience, based in IJmuiden. As a HISWA-certified company, we support sailors who are looking for top quality and complete care for their yacht. Our services range from boat maintenance and support for racing teams to complete refits. Our goal is to take all worries off our clients’ hands so they can fully enjoy their time on the water.

What will you do?

As a cleaner at Boatcaptain, you ensure that our office and workshop remain tidy and hygienic. You work independently and contribute to a pleasant and safe working environment for the entire team.

Possible tasks include:

• Cleaning office spaces and common areas.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and kitchen areas.
• Optional cleaning of boats (if needed and desired).

Who are we looking for?

• You are reliable, motivated, and work neatly.
• Experience with cleaning or maintenance work is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to clean boats in the future if needed.
• Living in IJmuiden area or willing to commute.
